Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping, unless the return is eligible for a full refund. Please see below.
Several types of goods are non-returnable.
- Electrical parts(switches, motors, etc.)
- Paint
- Items that show signs of use or of being installed.
Situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Situations where full refunds(including shipping) may be granted.
- Any item that we shipped incorrectly to you.
- Any item that we made a mistake on the order.
- Any item that was defective when shipped to you.
Returns
To return your item(s), fill out the Return Request form.
After you fill out the form, we will review the request and send you a return label for returning the part(s) you received.
Refunds
Once your return is received back at our location and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you have sent your item back to us but haven’t received a refund within a reasonable number of days, please check your bank or credit card account. If no credit is showing, you may contact us.
Exchanges
We may replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, fill out the Return Request form. Please note in the Message section clearly if you would like to have an exchange; and we will review the request and decide how to work out the exchange.
