This is a 3 Point hitch adjustable lift rod kit for the RH side on CK10 and CK20 series tractors.
This optional upgrade is easier to adjust than the turnbuckle style because it has a hand crack that turns a bevel gear at the top of the lift rod.
This is also a direct replacement for some of the older model tractors that used the following part numbers: T2185-71611, T2185-71612, T2185-71613, T2185-71613BB
